The mortgages within the Lyon Fund are utilizes exclusively for short-term interest-only mortgage loans. This includes financing for a diverse portfolio of short-term interest-only mortgages, Commercial acquisitions, GAP financing secured by real estate, refinance, and various real estate financing.

How does The Lyon Fund mitigate risk?

We employ a rigorous risk management approach by carefully evaluating each private mortgage opportunity. Thorough due diligence is conducted to assess the property, borrower, and overall project viability. This diligent approach helps mitigate risk for lender.

How do I receive my interest payments?

Interest is paid out on the 10th of each month starting the month after you made your initial loan via ACH direct deposit.

Do I need a financial advisor or brokerage to get started?

No. We work directly with private lenders to eliminate unnecessary brokerage fees or commissions.
